DAY 01: GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RLY STN– SHILLONG (130 KMS / 3 hrs drive)

Arrival at Guwahati airport or Rly station & drive to Shillong. Enroute visit Umium Lake. Check in Hotel. If time permits visit Ward’s Lake, Lady Hyderi Park etc. Overnight at Shillong.

DAY 02: SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE - SHIILONG (60 KMs / 2 hrs-One way)

Today morning after breakfast excursion to Cherrapunjee. Visit Dwan Syiem view point, Noh kalikai falls, Mawsmai caves, Seven Sister falls, Eco park etc. Later drive back to Shillong. On the way visit to Shillong Peak & Elephant Falls. In the evening, you can go for shopping at Police Bazar. Overnight in Shillong.

DAY 03: SHILLONG – TEZPUR (260 km / 7 hours)

Early morning after breakfast drive to Tezpur. Check in Hotel. If time permits visit Cole Park. Overnight at Tezpur.

DAY 04: TEZPUR – DIRANG (185 Kms / 6 ½ hrs)

After breakfast drive to Dirang. Enroute visit Tippi Orchid Centre, Hot Water Spring. Check in Hotel. Evening at Leisure. Overnight at Dirang.

DAY 05:DIRANG – TAWANG (155 Kms / 6 hrs)

Morning drive to Tawang. Enroute witness the snowcapped Sella Pass at 14000 ft and the Jaswant Garh War Memorial. (Legend has it that Jaswant (Mahavir Chakra Awardee (Posthumous) of 4th Batallion Garhwal Rifles), fought a lone battle against the invading Chinese during the 1962 war. His spirit is still believed to protect the place). Overnight in Tawang.

DAY 06: TAWANG

Tawang - The beautiful land of the Monpa tribes with the “GALDEN NAMGYEL LHATSE” Monestary - one of the largest Lamaseries of Mahayana sect in Asia. The birth place of the 6th Dalai Lama, the Monastery is 400 year old  and is adorned with the 18 feet high statue of Lord Buddha. ‘The Land of Dawn-lit Mountains’ at 3500 mts gives you unparallel purity of nature. Visit the monastery and the War Memorial. Evening free for shopping. Overnight in Tawang.

DAY 07: TAWANG – BOMDILA (180 Kms / 6 hrs)

Early morning after breakfast drive to Bomdila. Check in Hotel. Later visit Bomdila Monastery.  Overnight in Bomdila.

DAY 08: BOMDILA - GUWAHATI ( 340 Kms / 9 hrs)

Early morning after breakfast drive to Guwahati. Check in hotel. Overnight at Guwahati.

DAY 09: GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RLY STATION DEPARTURE

After breakfast visit Kamakhya Temple. Later transfer to Guwahati airport / Rly station.  TOUR ENDS HERE.
